Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Worst Nando's I've ever been to. Every time we go (as it is our local) there is an issue. We often order to takeway and call beforehand to save time as they are so slow. When we arrive we then have to wait to pay even though we have ordered before hand and there is often a queue. Please set up a takeway till otherwise our food gets cold. EVEN when we have paid and can see the take out boxes they often sit under the heat for a good 20 mins. My boyfriend on two occasions has gone up and spoken to the cooks and taken the food ourselves otherwise we have to wait 25mins, bearing in mind we called a good 20 mins before we pick up. On at least 4 occasions we have gotten home to missing chips, spicy rice or no cheese when asked for some. The chicken on most occasions are tough and overcooked and buns cold and tough (may be too old). The staff are ok but we do sometimes feel ignored, they don't seem too happy to be working there to be honest and the Manager could do with a wash. As for the cleanliness at least 4-5 lights are often out. Have seen the staff wipe a spill on the floor and then USE THAT SAME j cloth to wipe the tables and surfaces. Surfaces at till are sticky as is the floor, visible dust, the list goes on and on. Considering we come back as we love Nando's so much we definitley will not be coming back to this branch ever again and will happily travel to the next closest one which we have been doing. Considering this store is on Baker street in Central London where the staff know it will be busy they do not seem to be coping and are very understaffed.
