Was in the Brentwood branch this afternoon and was served by very polite staff. What I didn’t like. Was how rude the (I’m assuming) manager to was to a couple of the staff. He was talking very aggressively and completely inappropriately to them. I found this very rude and upsetting. Even another member of the staff team tried to calm him down. This has ruined my experience with the restaurant as I don’t like the fact they employ nasty rude little men.
