Bath - Pompey Ranger Review
There is probably Parking much closer But I parked up where the sat nav took me which was not where the nandos was. This gave me free parking after six pm and a walk in the rain.
The store is located on the edge of the city centre on the periphery of what I'd call the cafe quarter. On the top floor of the Odeon cinema complex with Weatherspoons and another restaurant on the floor below access is made up the stairs or lift onto the balcony where a small outside/inside area of seating is set.
The staff are both pleasant on the eye and friendly to the ear and was soon seated by a delightful member of staff. The store is well decorated with plenty of paintings and object d'art. The ceiling is double height and has high windows in addition to the opening slide windows which can open up the whole store in summer and large wicker lampshades hang down and aid the ambience of lighting. There is good range of bench seating, table and chairs, high chair and shelf tables and booths. Toilets were spacious and easy to get to but bland.
Very good portions of sides which were well cooked but unfortunately the chicken itself was burnt and so not ideal and the staff didn't come to check on me at end which was a pity. Good store to come to even if only for the decoration.
