Bath - Vaults - SVC Review

I didn't like that none of the Nando's logos were present. I didn't enjoy the waiting time before we were able to enter. I didn't enjoy the cramped table location. I was shocked to find a cascade of smelly water dripping from the ceiling onto my head and food. One ice cold droplet even fell down my back. How could I possibly focus on my newly updated medium chicken status whilst shivering to my core?! Once we had told staff that I was freezing and soaked to the skin, they pointed in the direction of a table, said this always happened and made no attempt to help us move our things. After that, my experience could not be salvaged and due to the poor position of the tap in the lavatory and its automatic nature, as i walked in, my bag immediately got utterly soaked as water poured deeply into it without my knowledge. All round poor excuse for a Nando's.
