Beckenham - Elliott Review
This outlet is located in Beckenham High Street, a reasonable distance from the tram stop and railway station. There is a Pizza Express and Sainsburys next door.
We ordered half chicken with chips and garlic bread, and Gelado. The chips were quite well done, and covered in Peri-Salt. The Gelado was good, although these are shipped in so no real control over them by the outlet.
This outlet itself is quite interesting. There are some tables glued in to the wall on the far left (where we sat) which are rather uncomfortable and don't give you a lot of room. There are free-standing tables in the left-middle, and right-middle, with more glued tables on the far right. There is a partition in the middle, clearly showing where this outlet used to previously be two retail units. There is also a rather low ceiling, giving quite an odd chlostrophobic feel. The till and grill is at the rear of the outlet. The toilets are at the back of the outlet accessed via a long walkway and were unisex, and also very dirty. A fair amount of Nando's artwork about the place too.
