This store is on the edge of the river front close to the town centre just over from the church and by the bridge and with the Swan hotel and Boer war memorial on the other side. The interior of the store wasn't that great and looked tired. The store didn't feel that full but the queue to get served was gigantic. The staff were so and so and didn't really have the gleam. They had run out of forks and I had to wait for more to be brought out, I saw them run out of forks whilst I was sat there again and I did wonder why they weren't replenishing them when needed rather than waiting to be prompted by customers. They had limited bottles of sauces which meant I had to ask to get a bottle and then wait for it to be found which took a while. My chicken was burnt on the outside and a bit dry on the inside. The chips whilst ok had the slightest measly dusting of peri salt which was so scarce i had to ask for more as only about 5 chips had any on and even then not a lot.
The toilets were the worst and need desperate attention as dirty and in dire need of re decoration. Toilet roll scattered across the floor, a leaking urinal sistern which had leaked for long enough to have messed up the wall and the wall was dirty and scratched.
