Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

we have been to this store so many times and honestly, this visit was out first negative experience due to the very unhelpful manager called Anto. The waiting staff themselves were lovely as always, especially Stephanie who couldn't have helped more albeit with Anto trying his best to not let her. Anto first annoyed us as we attempted to use a gift card (all for one) to pay for our meal and he just refused to take it saying that their machines dont work for these cards so had to pay for our meal normally. this is no big deal, then Anto refused to swap out some of the contents of my pitta for an alternative saying that they cant do that and also couldnt swap the rainbow coleslaw in the wrap for normal coleslaw but he could remove the rainbow slaw and we could buy a FULL Side of coleslaw just for a pitta, again he was very unhelpful with our requests and just flat out refused and stared at us blankly. upon advising him that the staff were more pleasant the day on 16/04/22 when we attended the same store for a meal he didnt care and proceeded to aggressively question us about which member of staff it was so that he could "have a word with them about not doing it in future" Lastly we requested some of the churassco sauce in a bowl/ramekin to dip/try and again we were met with a straight up refusal.

It really would make me question again about using this specific store, or at the very least ringing ahead to make sure that anto the 'mis'-manager wasnt on shift when we planned to attend. The friendliness of staff score is for Anto, the rest of the staff were and always have been very good.
