First-time visitors at Nando’s Since Covid was explained it to order food online Was not explained need you to get all knives forks and condiments ordered starters mains arrive just after starters was asked if needed to take mains away so we could finish starts didn’t want them to get cold , Ordered a plain chicken arrived very spicy had to take the skin off husband had to finish off the rest of my meal, Went to use the restroom one of the ladies toilet was fully blocked full of toilet paper explaining this to a member of staff they were very aware of it I believe that this toilet should’ve been shut off and closed off
