Ordered meals from belmont nandos for 10 people, ordered online, of which the website stated upto an hour wait currently... But also stated i could not place an order for delivery until 11:00am...
So at 11:30am i ordered the food, presuming it was to arrive at the office for roughly 12:30pm... Noting we scheduled the staff to be at the office for 12:30 for lunch, then they could get back on there way to their next job etc...
Only to be notified after the order was placed that the food would not arrive until 1:19pm making it a 1 hour and 50 minute wait for food, that was ordered under "ASAP"...
Of which when the food arrived, all of it was cold, so wasnt fresh... Might i note also that we are only 5 minutes from the store, so delivery time isnt the issue here...
Wont be ordering from nandos again for a staff lunch again due to the poor effort's between online serviceability and delivery of a warm meal
