Been eating at Nando's for years - food is good - always eat a standard "Chicken Burger meal Hot"
Trouble is, lately I am asked so many unnecessary questions at the counter when all I want is a "Burger meal Hot"
There is nothing more I can add to the conversation but I still get asked all these same questions like "which roll" ?
Unfortunately I still do not know the answer to that one ?
And behind me, customers will be waiting patiently as all the long winded questions are regurgitated over and over again?
Suggestion: If a customer knows what meal he or she wants and tells you, then drop all the unnecessary questions.
The line will also move a lot faster and everyone will be less frustrated
