Our party of two arrived to a semi busy restaurant mid afternoon. What seemed to be the greeter took the customer in front of us straight upstairs. Eventually someone else came over and said there was a 20-25 minute wait as upstairs was full. The original host came down and said that there was one table of two they could clean for us. Whilst we waited 2 people (in a single group) left the restaurant and then we were led upstairs. There were no less than 7 empty tables upstairs, including 6 seater booths, 4 seater tables and several two seaters, granted many of them needed cleaning but certainly wasn't full. Once seated we placed our order quickly as we already knew what we wanted to eat before we came in. The food took the best part of half an hour to arrive and seemed to be a similar experience for others with bits of the order from the table next to us missing when their food arrived. I did notice there was plenty of time for some of the staff to be gathering in a corner and talking to each other whilst there were tables waiting to be cleared. Very disappointing having visited this and other Nanods in the past, unfortunately below expectations!
