Bicester - Pioneer Square - Anonymous Review

So disappointed with our visit. Waited 20 mins for our table, we ordered immediately once we sat down, and it took 45 mins for our food to arrive. My partner’s food took another 10 mins to arrive - after I’d eaten mine! Tables weren’t cleaned when customers left and there were a number of customers complaining to staff, including ourselves, at the speed of service. Once the food arrived, it was warm, verging on cold. The chicken in my burger was tough - almost as if it had been recooked / reheated. No tomato in my burger and the chips were the last of the barrel it seemed - all crispy tiny crumbs. My partners wasn’t much better, his chicken was the same in his pitta and the chips weren’t hot either.

We bloody love Nando’s and have never had a bad experience, so this is a first! So so so disappointed. First visit to this branch and we won’t be rushing back anytime soon!!
