Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
Very Poor. Waited 45 mins, did not receive food. There were 2 of us, 1 adult, 1 child...my boy had to go w/out in the end. Food finally arrived, it was completely wrong order.
Asked for mgr [James], he did not care, offered a refund and told me that he would also complain. Sent letter to MD, still waiting for reply. One thing was excellent, that was my refund.
