Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
We had an awful experience! The staff were so rude and all looked like they wanted to be somewhere other than here! Their was a wait on food that we were unaware of becasue we weren’t told. We had to get our bottomless coke 3 times becasue it was flat and when we asked the staff to replace they just walked off!None of the staff were apologetic and their was such a lack of communication it was a joke. Also we’re in the middle of a pandemic and none of the chefs were wearing face masks and the staff on the floor had them just covering their mouth!I’ve never had a bad experience at Nandos before but this just makes me not want to come back!
