Heaven - (member of staff in Birmingham bullring) was great & made our afternoon, passing her good energy on to us both!
We were seated in a section where we wouldve had to squeeze in and likely would have been uncomfortable, so we were standing trying to decide if we should stay, go, or ask to change seats but Heaven approached us and said to follow herif we'd like to move & lead us to far better seats & even though this may be classed as a small small gesture we were extremely grateful that sge was so attentive and used initiative! To put the cherry on the cake she did it with enthusiasm & a big smile which we both feel is hard to come by nowadays.
Her energy was wonderful and she was extremely polite making our experience a great one.
