Came to this Nandos as usually we love Nandos. The cutlery was filthy. The chicken was cold like it had been cooked a little while agai waiting for people to arrive. Service was average at best, and worst of all, £12 was added on at the til as tax! So I ended up paying £12 more for my food than what was on the menu price! Very overpriced for what we received. We asked for water on the table and was told they didn't do that. The only service that was received was bringing food to the table.
