My very first visit to Nando's! I was told to expect a 10-minute wait, which seems quite normal at peak time (2 pm) but 30 minutes is way too long. Staff apologised though. Chicken was tasty and well cooked, as was the 'sweet mash' I had with it. Nothing exceptional but no disappointment, great value for money. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated (could look even better with a Miro painting on the wall, but that's trivial). Free soft drinks refills are a great idea. Would definitely recommend it but speed of service could be improved: I wanted to try other branches but gave up because of the queues. Also: please bring the concept to France!
