Birmingham - Selly Oak - Anonymous Review
Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member and she got us seated, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She explained how to order and promptly brought over our cutlery.
However, her team let her down because the first thing I noticed was several staff members all standing around chatting loudly and swearing within their conversations.
When I went over to the till to order, several staff members stared at me and made me feel like I was causing them an inconvenience and they were not friendly at all. A group of staff members were all stood in a group talking whilst I was waiting at the till.
I felt uncomfortable getting our drinks from the dispenser and getting sauces for our food.
When we received our food, the order was wrong and the food was cold.
We corrected them on the wrong food we received however I didn’t say anything about the cold food because of how much of an inconvenience the staff made us feel.
I eat in a lot of Nando’s restaurants and unfortunately this has been the worst experience I’ve had.
Very disappointing and will not return.
