It was a long time ago that I went (student problems), but MY LORD was the food good. The staff were really helpful with things such as the mayonnaise situation when we'd forgotten to ask for some to make our ow perinaise but all was good in the hood as the mayo was bought over quickly. The staff are extremely efficient as they obviously have to deal with the customers coming for food after bowling, cinema etc.
Oh and a thing to point out about the staff in Paradise Forum (Birmingham) a while back was how helpful the staff were when a customer fell off her chair and hit her head on the floor, the staff were straight there helping her and even bagged up her Nando's for her, which would definitely make me feel better if I was her.
