Nando's 24 is at Birmingham's Star City, a remote entertainment complex, that's quickly dwindling into obscurity.
Sadly, the Nando's experience less than lived up to expectation, or even basic standards.
It's not that the staff were slow (which they were), it's that they were ALL outwardly not at all wanting to be there, and reeked attitude problem, from the looks on their bored faces, to the tones in their apathetic voices.
No straws, and general lack of customer concern dragged the quite spicy experience down.
I found the food nice and spicy, but the other with me didn't think this brought the restaurant anywhere near redemption.
