I'd like to say a massive thankyou to Sarah the manager and the lovely gentleman who I spoke to over the phone. We tried to order collection via the app but unfortunately couldn't as we had a voucher. This was at 9:45pm so knew they were closing soon but chanced it and called anyway! The gent answered the phone with such pleasantness I really have to express how nice he was, he spoke to the manager and allowed us to come to the store and order a whole chicken at 9:57pm with not even a hint of annoyance. She took the order pleasantly and smiling and was just overall a lovely experience. Thanks Sarah and the team, you are running nandos perfectly, my food was amazing and the service even better! Representing the company exactly like it should be, thanks guys:)
