I was left shaken after attending this Nandos on Sunday evening. My butterfly burger was raw in the middle and I found this very distressing and frightening as I am heavily pregnant. A gentlemen that worked there agreed the chicken was raw and asked me to fill out a form, as of yet I have not heard from Nandos to discuss further but was assured I would in the near future. I was unable to eat anything after this ordeal and was given a refund for my meal however my partners meal (which was cooked) was not refunded. I found this disappointing given the extreme circumstances and the fact our meal and evening where completely ruined.
