Due to covid and staff shortage the restaurant was empty and there was takeaway only with 3 staff. i order a classic burger, large chips and quarter chicken. i go the chips and burger, no chicken, had to go back, 10 min up the road to get dads chicken, she said she tried to chase after me, don't know how hard she tried, then gave me a half chicken as compo. now i have to waste a quarter of a chicken. i understand they are busy and short staffed, but i stood there and she missed the chicken. always check your order even if your in line of sight of the cook, they still forget.
