I was met in the queue by Heather and Macie, they were so welcoming and amazing, they gave us a great table. I was served on the Till by a guy called George, he was so polite and didn’t rush me even though it was busy and I must say Eiley and Rita, the girls on the grill is an amazing cook! Probably my best experience at a Nando’s I had to ask for all of their names!

Balbina and Ozzy were exceptionally good at their job, I could see there was great team work in preparing the food. The restaurant was super busy but it was controlled brilliantly. Would definitely come back!

The restaurant wait was incredibly long but thanks to a staff member called Melissa I was not put off and I decided to have a take out. I was then greeted by another member of staff inside called Eliey, she was lovely. Eliey was went out of her way to accommodate my children and I, we obviously couldn't get a spot inside but she did all she could to make us feel welcome while we ordered and she brought our food to us outside.

I was overwhelmed over 1 specific staff namely Servinar, who was brilliant and dedicated to her job. She was keeping all the customers happy with her continued conversation and made sure that all the customers are seated within 10 minutes. She was on the go. I am pleased to say that girl needs a medal. Of course, finally Nando’s are the best.

Was still full after the last meal and also a nearly supersize frozen yoghurt (Snog) with caramel and marshmallows so my friend and I split a 10 wing platter half mango and lime and I added sweet mash.

The food took about six minutes to arrive and it was hot and nice. I don't normally have wings as it's not enough meat but seeing as it was only two hours since the last one and it was getting late, it was a nice meal.

This was the first Nando's I ever went to when I was 10 years old - so it will always hold a special place in my Nando's heart.

Besides the sentimental value to this Nando's - they do get there food on point - just the way I like it.

The atmosphere is quite nice too. Bluewater is great for a bit of shopping, ended with some Nando's :)

Despite having a table of 8 we were seated within 20 minutes.

We had a fantastic service, the only let down was our friends who arrived late, making us look like planks for having an 8-person round table for 2 people.

The food was top-notch and fresh, portions were high, sauce was gorgeous, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Will be back for more chicken!

This Nando's is located on the enormous Bluewater retail park which has a plethora of other shops, entertainment items and shops/eateries - including thousands and thousands of free car park spaces. This is next to The Glow Event Venue inside the centre itself, so head for that yellow sign on you'll be fine.

Hello. It was six days before Christmas and I needed to do my Christmas shopping and as I do every year I left all of it until the last week, location was Bluewater and I didn't plan on this Nando's but because the carpark was a gridlock I needed something to cheer me up and Nando's was the only thing that could do that on a cold & wet Monday night.

In a busy shopping mall with either cheap fast food or expensive restaurants, some people (myself) love that in-between feel with a Nandoes! The food is as good as any higher priced restaurant but with the speed and only a little more price than a fast food outlet. Not to mention the Nandoes food is so un
unique! Also good as there is a Cinema nearby

Additional comments: Nando's 28 at the Bluewater shopping centre's "Water Circus" is situated at the bottom of a dusty stairwell, and shares its space with GBK, and a few other in-and-out restaurants.
The service was overall slightly slow and shoddy, with just one person serving dispite me being able to count ten staff from where I was standing in the queue.

Very average and in a food court area of a large shopping mall. Noise volume got louder.
We got there about 20mins before the lunch time rush. As we left there was a queue of about 10 tables. Get there early for quick service. We could have easily had to wait double the time if we arrived any later.
