2 (Quite rude, ignored me as they walked past)

1 (>25 mins - Asked repeatedly. I need my Nando's)

4.5 (Great - Very tender, piping hot, not at all burnt, dripping in sauce)
Decoration & Cleanliness: 
4 (Very clean, newly furnished, impressive artwork and lighting)
Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Waiting for our food 1 hour when the restaurant is almost empty.
When asked the staff how long for our food they didn’t even turn up to answer.
My husband come back to the till and the the lady said that my husband said 16 instead or 21 when I was next to him and both of us said 21.
If the staff can see empty table waiting for long could politely ask if everything is okey. Is a joke!
