Bognor Regis - Anonymous Review

My husband and I have visited many Nando’s branches and have always received good food and good customer service but on tonight’s visit it was exceptional. From the greeting on arrival to being escorted to our table which was friendly and very welcoming we were made to feel like valued customers.

My husband placed our order he had half chicken, fries and garlic bread and I had chicken Caesar salad with chicken breast. Ordering was quick and efficient my husband always asked for his chicken well done and as usual was accommodated. One staff member in particular called Malina was absolutely outstanding I have never experienced such a high level of customer service anywhere. There was a slight query with my meal order which was not an issue at all and we really didn’t think anything of it but her approach, professionalism and friendliness in trying to resolve the query was exceptional she really went out of her way to ensure our customer experience at Nando’s was meant. What an asset to your establishment she was so open and honest and made us feel nothing was too much trouble.

Since the opening of the Bognor Regis branch it has been our preferred place to eat always having a great experience due to the staff employed and we will continue to use this branch in the future.
