Awful experience. Took over an hour for food!
As we walked in, my boyfriend and I told a member of staff that we'd come to collect a takeaway. (We we told it would take 20 minutes from ordering on the phone so got to the restaurant 15 minutes after ordering.)
He told us to wait at a particular till and someone would sort us out. After waiting for 10 minutes at this till and multiple members of staff using the till but not acknowledging us I moved over to another till where a lady was serving people sitting in the restaurant. I got to the front of the queue and explained that we're here to collect a takeaway order and been waiting for 10 minutes since getting here. She apologised and looked on the system to find that no order had been put through. She asked for the name given when ordering and I expressed that no name was asked for and that I was simply told that it would take 20 minutes and then the phone was put down by the guy who was taking our order. She finally found the order and explained that it had not been rang through. She then told us that it would be "6 minutes" and took our payment. We sat down and waited a further 25 minutes until our takeaway food arrived with no apology. Definitely avoiding this nandos in the future.
