Having just got back after a rather drunken night at the Rugby League Grandfinal in Manchester, i really needed some tasty, spicy chicken to help cut through the effects of the night before. As per usual the service was great at my favourite Bradford Centenery Square branch. The food was as good as always but there was something lacking, I couldnt quite put my finger on it. Then i realised. I was Hungover and i needed more spice. So i simply took myself over to the huge aray of sauces and loaded up my chicken with as much as i could handle, and it was amazing, and very very hot!
I would, however, like to suggest a hangover orientated meal, for those who have maybe over indulged the night before. You could maybe call it "Recovery Chicken". "Hen V Hangover" I dont know you decide.
