Bradford - Leisure Exchange - Pompey Ranger Review
This tired ageing store is in the Leisure exchange complex which comprises of a Holiday Inn, Cineworld cinema, Holywood bowl and Grosvenor Casino. I parked just off Vicar lane in a car park which is free after 6pm and only a very short walk away.
Upon arriving at the store I noticed some of the lights in the sign were out, this was very foreboding for what i was to find inside.
The store is very dated and the sort of Mexican canteena style of Nandos with rough white plastered walls and little bits of dark wood poking out. A few pieces of artwork on the walls worth saving but on whole it was dirty and in need of a refurb. Whilst the store was relatively quiet there were a lot of dirty tables still strewn with plates and glasses from earlier customers. The toilets were also filthy and smelly with lots of tissue discarded on the floor.
The staff were friendly enough though a little lack lustre. One of the Coke dispensers was out of syrup and didn't get replaced whilst I was there.
Food was a little bit of a wait but came out standard and was ok. Nothing special but also nothing to complain about. Hoping this store gets the refresh it so badly needs.
