Braeside - Anonymous Review

12-1-2023 Thursday 9:20 pm 918-928 Springvale Rd Nandos. ordered chicken salad, three burgers and 3 large chips - the salad was sent back as it was inedible. There was a bitter taste from the white cheese, the chicken was dry and tasteless, the avocado was over-ripe, lettuce was bitter too. I order this all the time from other Nando restaurants. Never have I ever returned food. The burger rolls were dry (old?) but were still eaten. Our chips did not come out till 2 minutes before closing and were covered in the salt we did NOT ask for. We asked for the chip twice before they finally came! The only positive about this visit was one server tried her best to be kind. I can't believe this was possible at Nandos. We have been to many over the years and this was the worse place. If we'd come here first we would have never returned to Nandos again! It took 40 minutes to be served (chips were the last thing delivered), and we did not get to eat the chips with our main meal. We got to eat our chips to loud music and staff noise because they served them so late to us. Very uncomfortable environment. This is the most disappointing dining experience we have ever had. I would like a refund.
