Braintree - Anonymous Review

The lady manager on shift couldn't have done enough for us! My son has multiple allergies so I rang up in the morning to ask if he was able to eat there (as we've had other resturants turn us away before). I spoke to the lovely manager who checked all ingredients for us in the meal I would purchase for him. When we arrived later on she was still working and served me at the till. she made sure to write down his allergies and that the kids drink was acceptable for him. I really couldn't have felt in safer hands. Our meals were served in no time and we had the BEST fathers day meal we could have asked for! The manager really does need to be recognised because I've never had such a kind happy server at any place we've eaten before. We normally find servers very careless and not bothered when we mention our sons allergies, But she was soo happy to serve me and listen to exactly what he isn't allowed. We came away with his extra food in a box and he was as excited to have it the next day as he was the first day. THANKYOU SOOO MUCH NANDOS! we will most definately be returning.
