Used to go here regularly but will never go again. Not sure of the date of our last visit but we went for one of our children's birthday. I asked whether I could use a voucher card which was completed to get a free chicken. This was refused as Nando's had changed the voucher card. When I pointed out that I was unaware of this and that the voucher I did have had been stamped since the manageress, Florence, still refused as "It's been on our website". I didn't even think of looking at your website! I was so annoyed that we (6 of us) left and went to Frankie and Benny's next door. More expensive but at least you feel that your custom is valued.
Have since been to Cribbs Causeway Nando's where my student son used a similar card (albeit half-filled) without any problem whatsoever, even though it was a year later. Staff there are friendly and helpful without being intrusive so that's where we go!
