Bristol - Cabot Circus - Chris C Review
Having visited this Nando's over 12 months ago and being very impressed with it, we decided to return when the opportunity arose and were not disappointed.
Upon entering, despite the option, we chose to eat inside (unlike some brave souls) due to the peri-cold conditions inside the very modern shopping centre. Understandably, the waiter that had been allocated to handle outside was wearing a coat but the mish-mash unzipped, zip combination of well-worn clothing he had on didn't really mirror the clean and clinical image of the centre and restaurant.
We were seated in a pleasant location in a busy restaurant, with lots of room, but did struggle to find two chairs which weren't wobbly despite the flat floor (normally it's the tables that wobble)!
Nonetheless, just like last time, the food was served tremendously quickly (maybe too quick?!) as we hadn't even returned with the cutlery and sauces before the whole platter was on the table!
Even more impressively, this swift turnaround hadn't compromised the taste as the chips were piping hot and, in comparison to any Manchester branches, the chicken was amazingly juicy and tasty!
Overall, it was a great trip, although we decided against having a dessert with Krispy Kreme, Ben & Jerry's (just inside a very nice cinema nearby)and Patisserie Valerie all easily accessible from the restaurant.
