Veteran of Nandos but first visit to Bristol Park Street. Summary: Very Poor. Detail: 10min wait for table which was ok on sat night. Served room temp beer, replaced after a little resistance. We always have wings x20. First 10 came and very undercooked.. very pink meat (have photo). Wings were much bigger than normal so cooking time clearly not adjusted. waited 30mins for second 10 wings which by this time turned away. Just want to leave now. Manager not that apologetic but went through the required process of refund and voucher. Not a good experience at all. Hoping isolated incident.
