Upon initial conversation with the woman behind the counter, she seemed a little miserable, but after a while she brightened up with a little smile here and there. However it is preferable when entering a restaurant to be greeted by chirpy and friendly staff. So that was a little disappointing, however the man that brought over our meal was very friendly and made a little recovery on behalf of his colleague. The food for me was at its usual high quality, with the right amount of chips not too few and not too many. The request for mayonnaise was greeted with warmth and not the usual huff that many Nando's staff often greet it with. On the whole the experience was on par with some a good Nando's, not the best but certainly of a good quality. Perhaps made better by the company at the meal.
