We are regular Nandos customer. Most of the time we eat at Plaza Singapura. But since our church is near to Bugis, we shifted to Bugis then. But we noticed, that one lady (I think it is the head lady) seems not accomodating and approchable. You will know whenever she responded with her facial expression. Perhaps she underestimate us with our looks? Not sure. Even my friend who just came back from one month vacation noticed the aura of that lady. So that is why I came up with this feedback. She is wearing a checkered polo/longsleeve and some kinda brown hair. So we decided next time to go back to Plaza Singapura since most of the Nandos staffs know us already and they are accomodating to our request. We are not saying all Nandos Bugis staff, bcos we also witnessed some of the staffs there are friendly like the indian guy (wearing red shirt) always checks with us if we are satisfied. We are also comparing this review in Nandos Plaza Singapura services. Thanks.
