today during my visit to your Camberley branch there was a first aid incident it was serious enough to result in the paramedics attending. The way the staff reacted to the situation during a very busy period was exceptional, both myself and my party were bowled over as they went to the gentleman,s aid alerted the security brought drinks cushions sectioned off the area to give the man in question some privacy dignity and respect whilst keeping a smooth running order to the ever growing customers arriving in the unit. The management team i believe names are Riki and Salvador were a credit to your team, this was not ordinary state of play and i believe they should be commended for their professionalism their compassion and amazing customer service
