Camberley - Anonymous Review

Good Morning,

I am very unhappy with the food I was given yesterday, I booked a collection at 12:40 and arrived at 12:39, the food was in the container bag, I asked how long it was there and now I know that she lied when she said ''just now''..

I said I would to dine in if they could kindly serve on a plate, I then went to the bathroom and sat down by now nearly 10 minutes went past so I went to the kitchen and no one knew anything about my food and one waiter said it is being plated now.. then 5 minutes later I receive the food which does not look fresh and has lemon sauce on top.. I never asked for lemon sauce since it is already marinated in the medium sauce, the waiter explained the food was heated up and so it tastes better and fresh the lemon sauce was added...

Better and fresh?!? but it should of been hot if it was just put in the container and I do not expect to eat heated food and it was still cold, it did not taste just cooked, the cheese was cold and dry, the grains were also cold and not soft as they usually are when served fresh.. I was expecting to come a few times a week since I started work not far away but after this experience I will never come again and will also shre with my colleagues, friends and family, I havent written a negative review yet and also another point, I had a mouthful and the same waiter saw and still yet and asked how is the food.. which only angered me i couldnt reply and if i did need anything I would make eye contact which is what professional waiters and usually at nanods in Camberley in the past this is how it was, I havent eaten Nanods for a few months and this experience just ruined everything.
