Technical glitch with dessert order. Manageress very rude and inconsiderate! Had to pay again and waiting for refund after waiting long time for order. As I work in a customer related industry I would definitely not expect the rude and inconsiderate dialogue received
Won’t be going again ….. your loss not mine.

Was whit friend and the First Lady was extremely rude not doing customer services feel not welcoming at all can’t see her name the only thing I could see was her rudeness not again Nandos ... the blonde lady she was very friendly and happy to assist us .

We were off to see a Trilogy at the cinema next door so I popped in to ask whether it might be possible to eat in the brief 30 mins between shows. I happened to get the manager Fernando who said - sure, no problem!!! My family was over the moon to come out of the cinema and to eat a fantastic Nando’s served to us a few mins later. Loved Fernandos kindness and care!!! Thank you for making a special evening out even better with a lovely family meal at Nando’s!

Went here for the first time, ordered the food and waited for 40 minutes until I asked someone where the order was, then we waited another 15 minutes for our food! We missed our booked train while we was waiting for the meals! Once the food turned up my meal was dry and over cooked and when I raised the issue there was no apology. Very very annoyed with Nando’s!

Someone needs to talk to Nando's about how the staff decide who gets what size chicken. I'll come back to that....

This branch is about a twenty minute walk from the Leisure Park in an almost straight line. Literally walked from that branch to this one passing the Cambridge Botanical gardens on the way and the war memorial for lives lost in the First and Second World Wars.

St Andrew Street leads into the heart of Cambridge city centre which means it is no surprise to come across all your favourite restaurant chains and bars in close proximity. GBK, Pizza Express, Revolutions and Wagamamas are some of the examples, but of course we were only interested in Nando's. It was a busy Friday evening, but we were seated towards the back of the restaurant straight away.

My husband and 2 boys were starving and very wet.. to be honest we came across Nando's. So as it was miserable weather and getting late, we stopped in, and wow how glad were we that we did... The food was out of this world even for a 10 & 13 yr old boys. . Gorgeous food that we have eaten there since..love Nando's x

Since i moved to Cambridge in September i have been to this Nandos quite a few times and each time it has been quite busy, however, being in the city centre this is what i expected. Although it is busy, we are always seated in about 10 minutes and the food always comes out (9/10 times) quickly and tastes amazing as usual. The only bad thing i have experienced in this Nandos is that once i had a frozen chip on my plate. The staff are always polite and say thank you and bye when we leave.

After another fun day being stuck on the A14... what better way to unwind than destroying a half chicken?? :-) This led me to stopping in at Cambridge and heading to St Andrews Street. If you follow the clearly labelled signs to the Grand Arcade, then you get parking within a couple minutes walk from St Andrews Street and the rest of the city centre, including The Corn Exchange.
