Camps Bay - James RYN Review
Potentially the nicest setting of any Nando's in the world (or at least Africa, Europe and North America, based on the fact that Australia, New Zealand and Fiji have fantastic coastline as well), this Nando's can be found on the promenade of shops/restaurants right on the Camps Bay beach, and therefore the Atlantic Ocean. Behind are the beautiful mountains of Cape Town, and in front the cool waves of the Atlantic can be seen crashing in as you enjoy the heat of a Nando's in the southern sun.
I of course opted for an outside table and later found out I could have been served right from it. Instead I ordered inside and decided to go for an extra-hot burger and chips; dropping the rice of the previous day. Sitting outside by the bustling main road and watching the Ocean was a pleasurable ex(peri)ence and I was served the food quite quickly. The waiter was very nice and brought me out all of the sauces and my cutlery, kindly offering his assistance if I should need anything else.
Food was better than the previous day and didn't last long at all. Decor narrowly misses a 5/5 due to the decor itself not being quite up to the quality of the location.
After the meal I went for a stroll on the beach - something that was quite a novelty!
