Canary Wharf - Cabot Place - Adam Nicol Review
This branch had just opened when I went there, so of course It was clean and new and the location of it was great, It's on the top floor in a large circular dome building, you could actually see One Canada Square from the seat I was sat in! It was right above the dome! It was amazing, but yes, for such a great locationed Nando's I expected the food to be delicious.
I arrived just before It had opened and had to wait for 10 minutes so I was first to get in and get seated and order, I found that the staff were quite rude, they didn't smile and weren't polite to me at all, this was the first disappointment about the place. When our food was brought they brought my friend the wrong order (This always seems to happen to him in any branch though so it might just be him) So he had to send them back to correct it, I got the right food but it was nowhere near usual Nando's quality :/ the chips weren't that warm, the chicken wasn't very saucey and the garlic bread was soft and not burnt as I like it.
It was empty when we arrived, but as soon as it turned 12, lots of people, business men etc.. turned up for lunch and suddenly it got really busy, so if you do intend to go at lunch, turn up early!
This may be because they had just opened and I'm sure that the branch will have improved since the last time I went, at least I hope it has, I will return there soon and find out.
So yes, I'd recommend if you do go to this branch, don't go as soon as it opens because the food is likely to be poor.
