2 (Quite rude, ignored me as they walked past)

2 (15 - 25 mins - Where's the food? Might have asked a staff member)

2 (Quite disappointing - seems rushed, may have some parts burnt)

On many occassions now we tell ourselves that this is the last time we will come to this Nando's Capalaba
The restaurant is a really nice restaurant however it is always dirty, tables are not cleared for the next customers even though there are many staff on duty. The food is often not correct and presented poorly.
The staff are slow and lazy. They are also not aware of hygiene. I have seen the staff with no gloves on and touching chips as they serve. I do love Nando's but Capalaba store needs to be better managed. I do go back everytime hoping that it will be better but no such luck.
PLEASE SORT CAPALABA OUT.
PS - I have noticed that it is not as busy as it used to be, we used to call it a gold mine but now there is no gold!
