Cardiff - Old Brewery Quarter - Anonymous Review

I ordered a delivery via the Nando’s website and I am absolutely mortified by the complete BS I’ve had to endure. Following it on the tracker, it says 15-20minutes. It confirmed the order was with the restaurant and it had been received but at no point did it even say the food was ready or on its way? I’ve then had to ring the branch and be on hold for over eleven minutes and the manager says the driver is one minute away from the delivery point. Twenty minutes later I’m on the phone again after an eight minute hold to be told 1. The agent who answered couldn’t help me. 2. After persisting that the last person I spoke to gave me information, she decided to take an order number and then goes “so what do you want me to do with this?” My question was very simple - I was told the driver is one minute away and it’s been over twenty. Has my order even left your store yet? She said no. But it will now. Does anyone want to explain to me why you have such incompetent people working for you who are damn right rude with no sense of responsibility or ownership? And then my order didn’t even arrive. I rang again after the closing time and no one answered. Absolutely atrocious. I’ve then rang the delivery hotline who confirmed my order was picked up and not delivered. What the hell is this?!
