Went to Nandos in St Davids 2, Cardiff and was seated within 5 minute albeit busy. When ordering food, we were served by Ffion who portrayed excellent customer service skills, was friendly and just overall great! We also received great customer service from Keisha and Lady whilst eating our food. They were both friendly and welcoming, adding to our experience. Although we were only eating food, customer service of this level added to our evening and we left asking all three of the ladies names as we wanted to leave this review. Great job and thank you!!! They all deserve some sort of reward/recognition.
