Castleford - Pompey Ranger Review
Whilst there is a lot of parking it was chock a block full meaning a bit of a drive around for a while to find a space. There is also a cinema, gym, bowling ally, lazer quest and all sorts of leisure activities at this site amongst a wide range of food establishments.
The struggle to get a parking space outside was mirrored inside by the long wait to get a table along with the many others waiting around the door for a table. Perhaps this store needs to have a mezzanine floor fitted as it has the height to do so and even with the massive number of people both on tables and takeaway the kitchen seemed to cope so pushing the number of tables up shouldn't be too much of a strain.
Chicken was moist and succulent though the skin was a touch charred, the corn on the cob was a bit charred which suggests the chef took his eyes off it for a minute, the chips were hot, well cooked and plentiful. All in all the food was good and enjoyable and the staff seemed happy as they walked around.
This store is on the up and I would return if I managed to find a parking space.
