4.5 (Great - Very tender, piping hot, not at all burnt, dripping in sauce)

Ordered our food at 7.16pm - Order DI147 - Franco.
At 8.05om I asked where our meal was and told it's coming soon.
At 8.13pm we received one meal and it took a further 5 minutes to get the second meal - over one hour from ordering.
People at a table near us waited even longer and eventually left without getting their meal.
Lack of service; lack of eating utensils; sauce bottles dirty and almost empty; more concern on takeaways than with seated patrons; general untidiness of the restaurant.
Extremely poor and no offer of any discount etc or apologies.
