Catford Nando's is a very small and fairly local restaurant, with a core base of regular customers.
The food is as expected, and the service times are seldom offensive, but the general apathy of most of the staff leave the place vastly wanting.
A woman who works in there most days generally grunts, tuts, and rolls her eyes as communication, and has a look of sheer disgust on her face all all times.
There's not quite being happy with your job, then there's absolutely awful customer service.
I was made to feel like I was somehow over-steeping the mark, or being vastly out of order simply for asking for a couple of plastic containers for some takeaway sauce.
It's a shame that one negative point like this can make an entire Nando's visit a negative one, and that this has been my experience on every visit to Catford Nando's.
