Chadwell Heath - Marc RYN Review
An interpreting job at the West Ham training ground was followed by a visit to a local new Nando's which is sure to be a huge hit! Chadwell Heath Nando's is impossible to miss as you drive down the High Road. There's ample free parking right outside and lovely high ceilings to greet you as you come in.
There's plenty of eye-catching décor as this Nando's and it's so big that a mezzanine was considered, but the decision was to leave it for a while and see how busy it gets, considering there are two Nando's either side of it in Romford and Ilford.
The staff were all fantastic and manager Tony was particularly enthusiastic and chatty, what a credit to the Nando's brand! My halloumi starter arrived before I even got back to my table and my main was served just as finished my last chunk of cheesy goodness.
My half chicken was outstanding, very spicy and tasty, but the end of the wing was missing my favourite bit. Peri-chips and garlic bread were the perfect sides and I also liked the fact that I was given my double mayo as I ordered, so I could mix it up and have it ready for when my food arrived, rather than having to ask for it at the table and wait for a Nandoca to bring it.
All in all, this was a cracking Nando's and a welcome addition to the area. I'll be back soon next time I'm in the area for work!
