


We waited for 45 mins and food was cold and we have to go twice to ask where is food.
The manager of the store must be fire as he doesn’t know how to respect and show importance to customer. The manager offer free coffee we asked for replace he said no possible we wait our money back or free return meal what we ordered.
Sarah she just ignore and walk away with states finger is burn. She was not interested when we told her food is cold and there is no Nando’s taste there.
Only staff was doing great at welcoming and polite guy.
