I doubt if i will be returning here , this is not my first experience of poor service at this nandos. Firstly you are expected to wait for at least 30 minutes but the staff expect you to wait in the doorway like cattle and refuse to call your mobile /come upto the bar upstairs when your table is ready. It seems the nandos reward card has a number of terms and conditions every time i try to use mine , on this partucular occation i ordered a 1/2 chicken and was told i could not claim my 1/4 chicken unless i ordered my chicken as 2 1/4 peices dont 2 1/4s make a half ? I was told it cant be changed so would i like another stamp ? When i said no i would like her to do it properly i was delt with in a moody fashion as shes stormed off to get her manager ( why would i want to pay more and get a free stamp !) come on nandos if you are going to provide loyaty card dont upset your customers when they want to use them! There is always a big problem if you ask for discount as i work in the emergency services . There was a lack of cutlery having to wait for forks to be cleaned .The 7 up from the drinks machine was also flat when i challenged this i was told "thats just the way it is " very disaponting , its not a cheap place to eat so you expect this to be a nice experience . If you like to be treated like cattle , put up with moody staff and poor food this is the place for you ,i must say ive never experienced this at any other nandos branch but this being my local branch i wont be eatting in this restarant again !
